yonglin Posted May 1, 2008 at 06:59 PM Report Posted May 1, 2008 at 06:59 PM As far as I'm aware, large MNC and investment banks do not recruit through job avertisement sites. They usually recruit through headhunters or by targeting specific schools, and applicants usually have to submit a formal online application through their website, take some online aptitude tests, etc. before being called to interviews. adrianlondon Posted May 1, 2008 at 09:12 PM Report Posted May 1, 2008 at 09:12 PM Find the web sites of the companies you're interested in. Use that to get a phone number for HR. Call the HR department and politely ask where you can send in your CV for the attention of anyone who aids the recruitment for the IT department. If possible, email it and then mail a paper copy. It's probably easier to find companies with a presence in Singapore and going through them. Quote
