I think I understand it except for this usage of 前身, which I understand to mean "predecessor". Does this mean that the description of 大连迪晟教育咨询有限公司 applies to it's predecessor? That doesn't seem right... or maybe here it means something more like "foremost"? yeah, how would you translate this? Quote
