"车道" : Is "carriageway" more appropriate？ "on the ± 0.00 floor" should be used to modify "环形车道",so it's better to put it after "carriageway".("on the ± 0.00 floor"用来修饰限制“车道”，应该放“车道”后吧) “两侧用房区域” means "area used for house on the two sides of the carriageway"(or “areas on the two sides of the carriageway used for house ”，which better?) "two sides" is two sides of carriageway,not area. “防排烟处理”：You didn't translate the "防排". “防”：prevent，防止，避免；“排”：vent，排出。“防排烟处理”means “防烟排烟处理”actually.("management for preventing and venting smoke"? 不知道翻译的是否准确) hope help you Quote
