"车道" : Is "carriageway" more appropriate？ "on the ± 0.00 floor" should be used to modify "环形车道",so it's better to put it after "carriageway".("on the ± 0.00 floor"用来修饰限制“车道”，应该放“车道”后吧) “两侧用房区域” means "area used for house on the two sides of the carriageway"(or “areas on the two sides of the carriageway used for house ”，which better?)
