Or does it mean that the 6 tanks can contain the rain that can fall in two years? Or neither of the two? Quote

I've heard that in HK the landslide emergency measures have to cater for 五十年一遇的大雨, the heaviest rainfall that is likely to happen in a 50-year span. Quote
