It depends. But what you said here is one of the possibilities. Consider 'way out of line' for太不像話了!! I think this expression is quite common.

Yeah - out of line, out of order (in Britain anyway), unreasonable. Which dictionary gave you that definition?

If you typed in just 不像话, you'd get a more accurate response.
