There are some words in a real estate site that I don't understand:

1- 毛坯房

2- 豪华装修

3- 精装修

4- 有效期

5- 有效期已过

6- 距失效还有16天

1- 毛坯房 ----- house without internal decoration

2- 豪华装修 --- luxury decoration

3- 精装修 ---- fine decoration

4- 有效期 ---- validity

5- 有效期已过 --- validity expired

6- 距失效还有16天 ---- 16 days left for expiration of the validity

毛坯房 means a house without any flooring, unfinished walls, etc. It's basically a concrete shell.

From a purchasing perspective, 精装修 means that the apartment is renovated (flooring, finished walls, finished kitchen and bathroom), but without any furniture (if buying new).
