Urgent China post pick up service, who has the number?

Ok this is a bit urgent as I leave on Thursday, the company I was going to use for getting my gear back decided they cant pick up in a residential area let alone taking personal effects back to the UK... I did have a card that had a number you could call for China post and they would come to your place and bring boxes etc and then take it all away... anyone have that number? or any other for that matter that would offer comparable air freight prices...
