Michelle62 Posted June 10, 2008 at 04:08 AM Report Posted June 10, 2008 at 04:08 AM I am just wondering what is a good software for learning Chinese Mandarin and would like to invite all members to post their experiences. I have started working with Rosetta Stone (www.rosettastone.com) products some time ago but got a little bit confused because there were no translations in the product but I like the ausio-visual approach. Then, I discovered another product called L-Ceps Personaltrainer Chinese Mandarin in the internet and I make some good experiences with it. It also uses a multimedia approach but also incorporates translation exercises and it is a good combination of online and offline learning because you can also print out vocabulary cards and a textbook. So I am currently using this product. If people are interested there is also a free demo version available: http://www.l-ceps.com/en/chinese-mandarin/learn-chinese-mandarin-ptrainer.html So please let me know what software products you can recommend for learning Mandarin. Luobot Posted June 10, 2008 at 09:24 AM Report Posted June 10, 2008 at 09:24 AM ZDT is probably my favorite single piece of software for dictionary lookups, character annotation, flashcards, and more. It’s free direct from the developer, but you can buy it on ebay for $4.99! Quote
