meaning of 温习拥抱

hello does 温习拥抱 mean review and embrace? what exactly does it mean, does anyone know?

it is in the lyric of a pop song "只能抱着你". In daily life we 溫習英文, 溫習數學, but we hardly 溫習擁抱.

My knee-jerk interpretation of that term turned out to be, quite surprising to myself, Jiabao and Jinping's hug. As an afterthought, my brain questioned 'Where is Jintao?'...Is it just morbid to do all these subconsciously?

I think it probably means whenever s/he embraces this person, s/he can't help recalling another person (of the past), who s/he used to embrace. It's not a piece of literature to be nominated for a Nobel prize, I think
