houweilian Posted June 15, 2008 at 08:23 PM Report Posted June 15, 2008 at 08:23 PM I'm looking to make Yunnan crossing bridge rice noodles, and want to make the noodles from scratch: What is the best way to make rice flour and then the rice noodles from scratch? (Considering, that is, that I don't have any specialist stuff, will be doing it on a small scale and it's my first time!) In the noodle-making stage is there anything drastically different to making normal wheat flour noodles? Any help would be much appreciated - Cheers. Quote

houweilian Posted June 17, 2008 at 11:04 PM Author Report Posted June 17, 2008 at 11:04 PM yeah this bit is seeming less attractive now, mainly because it takes so long... might give it a go though as I have rice but not rice flour.... Quote
