Chinese Dive Instructors in Thailand

Hi,

I recently got married and my Chinese wife and I are planning a trip to Thailand to chill and hopefully do the PADI Open water. Does anyone know of any resorts offering that in Chinese? I know crystaldive does in Ko Tau but they have a lot of disgruntled reviewers.

I don't know about other places with Chinese dive instructors but I did my open water at Crystal Dive in Koh Tao and they were fine. This was in January of this year.
