The words I learnt when I was a kid seem to be a bit different. I seem to remember something like "沒有媽媽真苦惱", but I am not sure.

At 4:00 in the video, it's the song called 明天會更好, mingtian hui genghao = "A Better Tomorrow / Tomorrow will be better [than today]": The same title as the movie in Chinese. The original song was written in 1985-1986:
