Is this complete gibberish?

I'm imagining it is, but you never know, I could be wrong.

I saw some guy at the gym with a tattoo along his arm:

If it is gibberish, what is it do you think they told the tattoo artist to say?

Trust in the strength of an elder brother as a friend?

Uhhh????

It'll be meant to be something like Faith - Strength - Friendship - No idea.

you may find the meaning in a dictionary

google translate says it means "Friends of the letter of Queensland"

maybe he meant 心里有困 ?

What's there to understand? "Trust, Strength, Friendship, Brother[hood]" (assuming 昆 in the sense of elder brother instead of descendants). Though I think 昆 might be a mistake.

Or maybe the entire thing is in the "tattoo alphabet" that some parlors use.
