Can the Palm TX work with http://translate.google.com ?

Recommended Posts

I am trying to use my Palm TX with http://translate.google.com and http://babelfish.yahoo.com to translate English sentences to Chinese. I have CJKOS installed and can view Chinese web pages with Blazer, but if I try to use the translation sites, I get back incorrect Chinese characters with Google and nothing with Yahoo.

Are there any software packages available for the Palm OS that will translate complete sentences to/from English and Chinese?

What do you mean 'incorrect Chinese characters'? Sounds like it might be an encoding problem.

I ended up writing my own HTML that uses Google's translation API...

I'm working on an even smaller version that runs on a PDA screen, but I haven't finished it yet. The one problem is that it requires a browser that supprts Javascript (such as Opera Mini that runs on the Palm).
