chinagirl14 Posted July 29, 2008 at 12:35 AM Report Posted July 29, 2008 at 12:35 AM Hi guys I applied to BLCU a couple of months ago, sending in my TT of $75 along with the other requirements. I emailed them about a week after asking them if they got it. No response. Til last week, no they didn't receive it. Which means my application wasn't processed. However, I checked with my courier, and they have they airwaybill that said i was well-received in BLCU. Is there any way I could get a refund on it? Quote

George--- Posted July 29, 2008 at 04:50 PM Report Posted July 29, 2008 at 04:50 PM I think you may have forgotten to attach the receipt of your payment. Quote
adrianlondon Posted July 29, 2008 at 10:03 PM Report Posted July 29, 2008 at 10:03 PM I don't understand the reply above. What receipt? Anwyay ... if you have proof that the package you couriered over was received (probably a signature), ring BLCU, explain that you have this, and fax it over. I assume you have proof of the money you transferred and the account it ended up in? Quote
chinagirl14 Posted July 29, 2008 at 11:11 PM Author Report Posted July 29, 2008 at 11:11 PM I attached EVERYTHING the TT receipt, the application form, the contact person id copy, copy of my diploma, it's like I just gave them 75usd for nothing... Quote
imron Posted July 30, 2008 at 12:24 AM Report Posted July 30, 2008 at 12:24 AM Like adrianlondon suggested, I would try calling them and then faxing them the proof you have. Emails are much easier to ignore. Quote
eddie9684 Posted August 3, 2008 at 07:51 AM Report Posted August 3, 2008 at 07:51 AM try to call them... its the best.. to be honest email is like nothing, if they answer you i bet that they will say, oh sorry we did not receive your applications materials, please submit to bla bla bla direction and within 3 weeks we will send back the required docs to apply... but oh wait i think its too much, they may make it shorter than that... but in the end NOTHING helpful from email... also i hope you did apply at least 2 or 3 months earlier to the class start ignoring the app deadline...
