踏实 - can it mean relieved or relaxed?

This expression according to the dictionary can mean trodden down or down-to-earth. Can it also mean relieved or relatxed used with 心理?

踏实 verb

tāshi

1) [on a firm footing;be steady and sure]∶切实;不浮躁

2) [have peace of mind;be free from anxiety]∶[内心]安定;安稳

For example: 心里总不踏实 be not sureness in the heart

3)踏踏实实tātā-shíshí most of sentence, it is adj as modifier

[without ostentation] 非常实际,一点也不浮躁。指不做出某种炫耀的显示的行为;或没有空虚的没有必要的显示,特别是旨在引起人们的注意、羡慕或妒忌

大多数城市新闻编辑们干活不声不响,踏踏实实。

AABB, the meaning is the same with 踏实

But there is a little difference in usage.

听了他的话,心里很踏实。Right

听了他的话,心里很踏踏实实。False—this word can not be used in the end of sentence.

听了他的话,心理踏踏实实的。Right—in this sentence, 是 is passed over. 踏踏实实+的。 It should be 心里是踏踏实实的。

I learned it as something similar to shufu, for example you can sleep tashi.
