The start/end date for the 1 year programme?

Hi I've applied and been accepted into the one year programme, but I haven't received the letter of acceptance yet.

Does anyone know the definite start and end dates for the course? I need to start thinking about buying my ticket to Beijing, and I'm also trying to fill in as much as I can of the visa form.

The less clairvoyant of our members may find it useful to know which course you are doing, and perhaps also at which university.

I have also had a hard time getting exact dates. However, for Peking University, here are the dates that I found on page 25 of the Dickinson College handbook:

The Tentative 2008-09 Program Calendar (THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE):

9-11 September 2008 Students should arrive in Beijing

12 September 2008* Registration begins

15 September 2008* Language Placement Exam

18 September 2008* First semester begins

15 January 2009* First semester ends

15-20 February 2009* Second semester begins (depends on Chinese New Year)

30 June 2009* Second semester ends

*These dates are tentative for the program and are subject to change. Especially the spring program dates.

oops sorry. I'd posted in several threads about BLCU, and so I didn't think to mention the univerisity name. [blcu one year programme]

well I got the letter, but wow. four sheets of paper.. I thought I'd get a bit of a break down on how the course is run.. but nope, nothing except the date at the start and at the end.. I don't even know when the semester break is. >.<
