profession/company for fixing electric stuff

I'm looking for a specialist to fix an electronic component This can't be fixed by the usual electrician but rather by a professional with the right equipment (that monitor with the waves that can test all the component components on the circuit board and whatever.) What would this be known in Chinese (you'd get a bonus point if you know the name in English )

imron, that's a good start. What I'm looking for is not 示波器 but rather the person or company that would use it in order to repair the electronic component. Perhaps a repair technician or whatever it would be called in china.

Oh right, sorry, I thought you just wanted to know the name of the machine. Perhaps 电工师 is the name of the profession.

Edit: A bit of googling also turns up the phrase 维修电工技师 which seems to be some sort of accreditation for electricians.

imron, well the problem is that searching for these terms mostly result in wanted ads and not service offers. This is more of a description of a position than a service that a company would offer. Again, good idea but now I'll retract the "repair technician" if you dont mind.
