chavalit Posted August 23, 2008 at 02:03 PM Report Posted August 23, 2008 at 02:03 PM In my dictionary 佯 measn to feign, to pretend. But in a textbook I've got 佯佯 means 失意的样子. How is this so? I can't find 佯佯 in any dictionaries I've got by the way. So 撇下X佯佯离去 means to lose intention/enthusiasm about X. Is that right? Can someone please give some example sentences of this pattern? Quote
