after asking for non-mainstream music stores in shanghai, here's another question:

where would i be likely to find any books that are no longer being printed 停刷 （？）

i'm specifically looking for 黄集伟 books (1-4). i only have three days in shanghai, so i'd really appreciate some pointers.

I guess you are looking for book markets selling old or second-handed books? Here is one at 文庙in Shanghai on Sunday.

I hope you can find his books at that book market, but I think perhaps you can try online book shops, if you really need those books, for I think it’s a good way to save your time. ->
