Tang poem?

To be clear, the 粒 (lì) means (a) grain, with 粒粒 meaning together 'every grain (of rice)'; 皆 (jiē) means 'all' and 辛苦 (xīnkǔ) means 'hard, laborious (work), i.e. it means '[ponder on] each grain (of rice in your bowl) and (remember) the hard work (it took to get there)'. It is a very famous poem, which chinese children learn in primary school.
