leeyah Posted September 9, 2008 at 01:08 PM Report Posted September 9, 2008 at 01:08 PM I'd like to visit Singapore or South Korea from China mainland during my study period in China. Has anyone ever left China on a double entrance F visa for a short trip abroad? Did you have any problems returning to the mainland? Also, is it possible to extend an F visa abroad, e.g. in Singapore? Shortly: is it ok to leave China temporarily in-between the two semesters? I wouldn't want to have any problems on my return to school. I'd really appreciate any advice on the subject! Thanks in advance Quote

Extension in Singapore probably isn't possible, but you may be able to get a new, longer lasting visa - depends on current policy, what documentation you have, etc. Quote
