Pengyou Posted September 27, 2008 at 09:32 PM Report Posted September 27, 2008 at 09:32 PM I have been in China for the past ten years and have now returned to the U.S. to get a master's degree. I plan on returning to China two years later. I have been in a conundrum of having to work part time and study full time. I was just thinking....do you think it would be successful to try to use the internet to give one on one lessons to people in China? I have done it before for free to friends. Is this being done now? What do you think is the going rate? What is the best way to find students? Quote
Scoobyqueen Posted September 29, 2008 at 09:56 AM Report Posted September 29, 2008 at 09:56 AM You can use skype to give lessons. I would say the costs lie between 7 and 15 Euros dependent on where the students are located. I have several Skype lessons a week with my Beijing based teacher and it works just as good as class room teaching. Quote
