ZDT: problems installing on a Chinese Window Vista system

I am now trying to install ZDT on a computer running a Chinese operating system. The operating system is Windows Vista. Unfortunately, after install, the program will not open at all. I checked to see what version of Java was installed. It is Standard Edition 6 (build 1.6.0_04-b12).

Any ideas on how to get ZDT to run on this sysem?
