Problem with orientation of KaiTi

I just downloaded ZDT, but apparently, I didn't have any recognizable Chinese fonts installed (been using Wenlin). I installed KaiTi (simkai.ttf), but all the characters are flipped a quarter rotation counter-clockwise. Is there any way to fix this? I've tried two different versions of the simkai.ttf-file, but they both come out like that in ZDT. Can anyone tell me what's causing this, and how to fix it?
