Olle Linge Posted October 8, 2008 at 04:21 PM Report Share Posted October 8, 2008 at 04:21 PM Hello, I have been using ZDT for more than a year and it is an integral part of my studying. I have hitherto been using Linux, under which everything works fine. I have for various reasons begun to use ZDT in Windows XP and there one thing which is so annoying that it makes the program completely useless. I would be very, very grateful indeed for any help concerning this problem. The height of each row in the dictionary and caterogy views are not adjusted for font size. I need big font size, both because my vision is not very good and because traditional characters sometimes use very many strokes. This is obviously either a bug or me failing to understand how to change font size. If I can' view a complex characters really big, ZDT is not very useful. I should point out that this worked flawlessly in Linux. This is what it looks like right now:
drahnier Posted October 21, 2008 at 05:42 AM Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 at 05:42 AM Yes, this font issues should be fixed. It's a long standing issue. I, too, have bad, aging eyes and prefer to use larger fonts, especially for Chinese charcters.
Olle Linge Posted November 13, 2008 at 10:10 AM Author Report Share Posted November 13, 2008 at 10:10 AM Perhaps you should change operating system then, because in Linux this is not a problem. I have no idea why this is so, though.
