Here's the context: 日本宇宙机构（JAXA）发言人在发射失败后对媒体表示，出现故障后他们曾经试图进行补救，但很快发现已经没有机会，因此决定放弃此次行动，让火箭自毁。日本首相小泉纯一郎当天下午发表讲话表示非常遗憾，并称将严格、彻底地查明原因，研究对策。据悉，这次发射是这是日本宇宙开发事业团今年10月整合成宇宙机构之后的首次发射。使用的是日本自行开发制造的H2-A运载火箭。日本方面对该型号运载火箭的有效载荷高度保密，在发射现场采取了严格的安全措施，甚至禁止对火箭升空的过程进行图像直播。 Thankyou!
