Madot Posted October 18, 2008 at 11:04 PM Report Posted October 18, 2008 at 11:04 PM Does anyone have a good recipe for muxu rou (moo shoo pork)? I had a fabulous one (relatively authentic with the lily buds and wood ear mushrooms), but I seem to have misplaced it and I'm CRAVING the stuff! The pancakes are easy-- same as for Beijing duck, but I can't remember the procedure for the dish itself. Tongue hanging out in gratitude to anyone who can help... :-) Quote

Madot Posted October 19, 2008 at 02:21 AM Author Report Posted October 19, 2008 at 02:21 AM :-) No, I did check Google first of course, but none of the recipes I found seemed to be the original fairly authentic one I had. They all had something 'extra' like spinach or bok choy or something. I was hoping someone on the Forums might have a tried-and-true recipe-- for which I'd be ever so grateful. Mado Quote
liuzhou Posted October 19, 2008 at 06:59 AM Report Posted October 19, 2008 at 06:59 AM (edited) There are a couple of recipes here in Chinese. Maybe more 'authentic'. Of course, you could just leave out the extras. Edited October 19, 2008 at 07:13 AM by liuzhou Quote
