Meaning of these words??

If you treat something in a 等閒 manner, you do not think it is important and do not pay attention to it. And when this description is used, ususally that something would turn out to be important and worthy of attention, or it is in a piece of advice that you should not treat that something in that manner.

The last example on that webpage is in fact from a very famous poem of Song Dynasty "滿江紅" written by the highly respected 岳飛.

As to 封測, it seems to mean "packaging and testing" according to the examples.

Nowadays, 等闲 is often seen with 之辈 to form a famous saying.

等闲之辈 means nobody - someone who is not important at all.

It's quite rare to see 等闲 being used on its own.

封測

Never heard of it. Maybe it's a special noun?!

In 2 of the 3 examples you quote, "封測" is translated to "packaging and testing". I am not sure of its accuracy but many Chinese webpages also use this translation, especailly in those webpages related to IT products such as semi-conductors.

In other webpages related to online games, "封測" is a short form of "封閉性測試" (封闭性测试 in simplified chinese characters). 封閉性 means "closed" or "not open to the public". 測試 means "beta" or "testing". It is used to descibe the practice of online game companies to allow certain people to play the online games before the games are for sale.

(I am a Chinese from Hong Kong and we do not use "封測" this term here.)

封测 - quite possibly 封装测试, "packaging and testing". It's a part of the semiconductor manufacturing process. Note, that here, packaging doesn't refer to boxes and outside packaging, but rather refers to when the die of the chip is mounted and sealed.
