Looking for apartment in Xiamen

Hi!

I was wondering if any of you can give me some advice about accomodation near Xiamen university? How do I look for apartments there? Any good agencies to recommend? Can the university help in this aspect? How much will it cost per month? Or is it better to live in dormitories?
