jacki Posted October 28, 2008 at 08:21 PM Report Posted October 28, 2008 at 08:21 PM When I studied in Tianjin for a semester last year, it seems like just about everyone but me had received a scholarship for their time there, and I was sad that I had missed the memo. So, I'm graduating this spring, and while I have absolutely no idea what to do with the rest of my life, one of my possible plans is to go to back to China for a year and study Chinese. My question is, has anyone gotten a scholarship through CSC? Do you need to be currently enrolled in a university to go? Because there are two questions on the application that confuse me: It asks for the "Person or Organization recommending you for this scholarship" and for "the guarantor charging your case in China" The form also asks for my top three school choices for study. If I receive the scholarship, does the CSC enroll me in the school, or do I have to apply to all three schools beforehand and hope I get the scholarship? Will the scholarship only be valid at one of the schools? Any help is greatly appreciated!
