Names of Vitamin Supplements

Another vocabulary request. Currently, I am interested in getting something called "Super-DHA", which might be a brand name. In this case it's by Carlson Company in the USA. It's a 500mg capsule of DHA.

So, I was wondering how to say the following

timed release

capsule 500mg, 100mg, etc

taken orally and "take orally" (to be swallowed?)

DHA

CoQ10

Gingo Biloba (In this case capsules)

Tips on how to find these types of things also would be appreciated (where to buy on line, etc).

I am in Harbin, and I do have a friend who lives in Beijing...

Google isn't ALWAYS that easy to use for translations. In this case (say "timed release" and "CoQ10", would it too much to ask you to list your Google search string, and then indicate roughly which page (first, 10 down, etc), and the link that you found them?

I often try google, but you are correct in that I don't always. I did try searching for several vitamin names about 2 months ago without success, but I didn't do it this time.

for example: CoQ10

i typed "什么是CoQ10" into the search bar.

btw, another word for timed release is “缓释”
