I hope this is the right place to put this. I'm looking for someone reliable who would be willing/able to order DVDs or VCDs for me, and ship them to the US. They'd be from places like amazon.cn and Taobao (?) and so forth, nothing dodgy. I've been able to get some on line, but there are a few specific ones I want that I'm having no luck with.

I'd pay in advance via Payapal.

I know some things can be downloaded but I'd rather just have them all done and ready to stick in the player, plus I enjoy having the original packaging.

Can you pay on Tabao using Paypal? Is it hard to for a foreigner to setup a taobao account?

See here - there are probably similar services, and I don't know how the fees stack up. If you specify what you're looking for, someone on here might know where it's available more easily.

As an alternative, check for Chinese sellers (that is, sellers located in China) on eBay.com and ask them to offer/supply it to you. There are plenty of those and they know where to get it and how to send and they do have Paypal.

Right now there 3000 DVDs listed on eBay with sellers located in China. Shouldn't be too difficult to ask some for special requests, and i guess most have Paypal.
