Extending F Visa

Hey everyone,

Any idea on what to do to extend an F visa while in Beijing? I'm taking a short course @ BLCU but I am thinking of applying to take a semester long one while in Beijing.

The problem is my visa will run out before I start the second course - if I'm accepted to the second course, could I take those documents to the PSB and apply for a visa extension?
