hours per day at BNU

Hi all

I read the "Sticky: Definitive Guide to Studying in Beijing".

First it sais this : Classes are generally two hours a day blocked either in the mornings or afternoons

Then it sais this : Morning classes are from 8-12 and afternoon classes are from 1-4:30.

Does anyone know if Chinese is taught for 2 or 4 hours per day?

Usually 2 hours each time, how many hours per day depends on your curriculum schedule that day. Morning classes are from 8-12 means that class may last from either 8:00~9:50 or 10:00~11:50

Usually it's "four hours" per day, where each hour is actually 50 minutes of class.
