Someone helped transcribe the characters (see below) but I'm not entirely sure if it's correct since I can't read handwriting well

生地二錢 斷續一錢

血餘炭二錢 薄荷二錢

伏芩一錢 (I wonder if this is the same as 茯苓）

無花果送口此方見效

自行再配若然無效

容後再診
