Strange request, need text translated for company game.

My company has a yearly competition right before christmas similar to the tv show "Amazing Race", this year we had a clue in Chinese ( I believe ) that is supposed to be very important, I've been pulling my hair out trying to translate it, im sure it is not a good translation, but if I could get some idea It would be greatly appreciated. Part of my Chrismas bonus depends on it =)

It means something like 'This is not going to be a team, you're playing a game!!!'

But my translation makes so little sense that I must be missing something.

As a chinese I think the real meaning depends on the entire context.The part "你玩遊戲的！！！！ "is not a sentence,but an appellation of the reader which should be translated into"you who play games!".and here it may be understood as:the author suggests you not to treat it as an easy game.

i've no idea if i can be understood,hehe
