sciam Posted January 2, 2009 at 05:46 PM Report Posted January 2, 2009 at 05:46 PM Hey, I'm helping a friend trying to figure out what the documents he's signing says, but there's one sentence that's giving me some trouble; 本人授权[Name for person]先生全权负责[Name of company]工商、税务、代码证、注 册登记证资料有效期延期及地址变更相关事宜. I can't for the life of me produce a (more or less) correct english version of that sentence; especially the last part. Anyone? Quote
skylee Posted January 3, 2009 at 01:41 AM Report Posted January 3, 2009 at 01:41 AM Consider - I authorise Mr [Name for person] to take up full responsibilty for matters related to [Name of company]'s extension of the validity period of the information on the commercial, taxation and code card registrations, and its change of address. Not sure if it is correct as the last part is a bit confusing. Quote
