If it appears on the property itself, I think it would be better to say:

(公司/组织名)财产,如拾得请送至(地址)/或致电(电话号码).

I agree with xiaocai, but would substitute 所有物 or 私人物品 (depending on the "property" in question) for 财产. 财产 usually refers to "property" in the sense of financial assets, buildings, land, etc. The former terms refer to "personal belongings" - your mobile, laptop, briefcase, etc.

If what you meant was lost&found, lost items are usually referred to as: 失物, and 寻物启事 or 遗失启事 is used for lost property notice

Property as 财产 refers to assets and is too formal a word to be used in this context, just compare 失物 with (寻回已)失财产

So basically if it's plain 失物 (personal belongings as 私人物品) it should be something like this:

失物拾到者请与。。。联系

and the verb to be used for return of lost property is: (失物)返还
