syliew Posted January 17, 2009 at 02:59 PM Report Posted January 17, 2009 at 02:59 PM Hi, I have a few queries I hope those who've been on the ground can lend some advice: - I'm deciding between Tsinghua and BLCU. I've read ChouDouFu's post which is really helpful but dated 2005 (and the comments on Tsinghua specific to the exchange program only). Any new opinions on teaching quality, class size & mix, different levels, etc? I'm mainly concerned about teaching quality. I'm also concerned about proximity to subway as I'll be living off campus in DongCheng or ChaoYang district (line 4). - My admission documents are delayed, the admission office suggests that I enter on a tourist visa L and convert it to a student visa upon registering. Does anyone have experience in this area? - Is is easy to renew an F visa if one decides to extend studies after 1 semester? Thanks! Quote
