Could u recommend an American based English learning forum

Hi all,

Sorry to post this here.

I am fascinated with country music recently and it is not a piece of cake for me to understand the original lyics because of lacking related cultural background as well as lousy English.

Could anyone recommend a good and active American-based English learning forum for me? I would like to post tons of my questions there.
