I have received a New Year's greeting. I understood most of it, but the last part

如春天的脚步与你紧紧相随

evades me. Springtime steps? Please help!

如春天的脚步与你紧紧相随

Literally it would be:

May Spring follow you (all along/everywhere you go, etc.)

Otherwise it would translate something like:

May your every step be as (pleasant,beautiful,light or whatever spring is associated with)as the springtime

They are wishing you good health I'd say.
