shibo77 Posted July 7, 2004 at 05:52 AM Report Posted July 7, 2004 at 05:52 AM 炸酱面Zha2 jiang4 mian4 -"Fried sauce noodles" Traditionally, it is prepared with mince pork. But the Hui (Chinese Muslims) here use mince beef. Very easy to make. It's a summer dish. Boil the noodles (thick flat strips). Dice some cucumber, and whatever vegetables you would wish. Fry the sauce. with the mince meat. Pour it onto the noodle, add your vegetables, some sesame oil, and enjoy. -Shibo Quote
