can someone explain to me what's the meaning of "好黑哦". I guess it's not "black". Is it a way of saying "wicked" or "terrific" or something like that? Is it positive or negative? And what about the last character?

on the same line, is "恐怖" also used in this sense?

My guess is:

好黑喔 just means "it's so dark!"

恐怖=horrific, terrifying, horrendous, etc.

sometimes it just means "it's so dark", it it not positive or negative. But it is also a way of saying wicked and it negative.An example: you are interviewing for a position in the goverment. But you fail while your competitor succeed as he/she bribed the interviewer.

In the term 他好黑哦 could mean he is black(skin) or he is doing something not seen or illegal or agaist the rules to take advatage.
