像他这样 mostly good or bad?

I have heard this expression used both for positive and negative traits. Is it mostly used in the negative sense?

像他那样 is not good nor bad. you can use the word in both of positive and negative sense.

eg: 像雷锋那样为人民服务．

or 想罪犯那样被大家唾弃。
