fanglu Posted March 30, 2009 at 01:10 AM Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 at 01:10 AM OK, so I find this really annoying and have no idea how to fix it. I use Chinese Word at work, but usually type in English, which is fine, but... there is no left align in the toolbar, only full justify, center and right-align. This makes all my writing look weird. Does anyone know how to enable left align (or if its possible)?
zhwj Posted March 30, 2009 at 01:19 AM Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 at 01:19 AM Usually you can just click the Full Justify button to turn it off, and the text will return to the ragged-right default. Otherwise, you can go to the 格式->段落 menu option, and then under 对齐方式 choose the 左对齐 option. Chinese Word also does some weird things with microspacing that makes left-justified look strange when you're using a monospace font like Courier, but I always forget the option to change that -- anyone? imron Posted March 30, 2009 at 07:10 AM Report Share Posted March 30, 2009 at 07:10 AM If you're big on keyboard shortcuts, you can also just press Ctrl-L If you want to make it a permanent addition to your toolbar then select: 工具 -> 自定义 Then from the 命令 tab, chose 格式 for the 类别 and then scroll down until you see the left-justify button and then click and drag this to the toolbar just next to the other alignment options.
