I'm still looking for info on various Chinese universities. Can someone tell me if they offer quality Chinese classes at Tianjin University of Technology (TUT)? And how is it there in general?

I've seen this website, and the author seems to praise it a lot: http://www.freewebs.com/chinanorth/
