Our website was down since Thursday, April 9, 2009, for the reason I don’t want to discuss in the public. And on Friday, April 10, we have finished mailing all the paid orders on our site, and will continue to provide after-sale service at any time. I hope this case can be solved in next week, otherwise we will start a new domain name to reopen our site. Sorry for the inconvenience caused, I will notify any updated information on this forum. DOH!) plus I have exams starting next week (oral, 2 written and a culture one)... but I have a few books in mind that I would like to read so will definitely be puting in an order this week, by this weekend at the latest... But today at 4:50, Trisha2766 has successfully placed an order on our site, who also lives in USA, the same country as you, and some other customers also placed orders today, so I think it’s server temporary error. Our Business hour is 9:00-17:00 from Monday to Friday, so we ourselves were not aware of that. Currently we can visit our site without problem, anyone else cannot? But sometimes (on November 10 and 11) it’s strange, here from Beijing everything is normal, we can visit our site smoothly and quickly, and we have not got error report from our other customers, but meanwhile (I mean exactly at the same time, we email letters very quickly, I can visit, but he cannot) a member on this forum in Singapore, saying ‘I tried accessing your web page today but couldn't’, after we answered him ‘Could you please clear your computer’s cookie files to try again? Or change to use another computer?’, he replied: ‘I tried both Firefox and IE. Neither work. I receive this message: 错误: 您的操作违规!, I've tried on several computers and cleared cookies and so far no luck. I'm not sure what the problem is’.
