How can I find an apartment in Jinan Shandong?

I live in Canada and I am looking for a two bedrooms apartment in East of Jinan city but I can find anything online. I will move to Jinan next May and I wonder if you know where I can look for a person who rents flats or studios or apartments.

If you can manage the Chinese, there are plenty of sites like Koubei which will list information. They tend to be dominated by agencies, but you can see what's available, get an idea of prices.

Wouldn't imagine there's much information available in English for a place like Jinan - if you can't turn anything up be searching you'll likely need to wait till you get there. Next May is still pretty far away though.
