Help with differences! 可人vs可心 / 亲热vs亲切

Does anybody have any idea about what are the differences between 可心 & 可人 and 亲切 & 亲热 .

My question is when they are not interchangable?

可心 and 可人 are usually interchangeable. Originally,

可心 stressed something sweet, lovely or someone is your cup of tea

可人stressed someone is sweet, lovely or is your cup of tea

But in modern Chinese, 可心 and 可人 are almost interchangeable when they’re adjectives. But they aren’t interchangeable when 可人 is a noun. For example,

你是个可人，你是个多情。(《红楼梦》第二十八回)

You’re such a sweet girl, you’re so affectionate. ( the 28 Chapter , A Dream of Red Mansions)

亲切 and 亲热 can both mean “kind”. But when 亲热 means “affectionate, intimate ” in relationship, 亲切 and 亲热 aren’t interchangeable. For example，跟他女朋友聊天时，他总是带着一副亲热的口吻 while talking with his girl friend, he always keeps an affectionate tone.

When 亲热 means intimate actions, 亲切 and 亲热 aren’t interchangeable.
